Girls Who Invest
BRINGING MORE WOMEN INTO PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP
Girls Who Invest ("GWI") is a non-profit organization founded in April 2015 dedicated to increasing the number of women in portfolio management and executive leadership in the asset management industry. Our benchmark for success is to have 30% of the world's investable capital managed by women by 2030. This goal is in sharp contrast to 2014, a year in which less than 10% of the world's investable capital was managed by women.
We will focus on education, industry outreach, accessibility and career placement to achieve our mission. At GWI, we aim to create programs to inspire and support young women to become tomorrow's leaders.

GirlsCodeIt
INTRODUCING ALL GIRLS TO THE BEAUTY OF CODING.
GirlsCodeIt is a non-profit organization that strives to bridge the gender gap in the STEM world. Only 1 in 5 computer programmers are women, and it is time to change that statistic. We want to assist those without coding resources to learn the skills of the future, while also empowering both genders to take up a position in coding. We host free weekly events and workshops that are open to the public to achieve this goal. Although our main audience is currently mostly girls, we welcome anyone and everyone of any background or gender to join.

#GirlsLeadSTEM
JOIN #GirlsLeadSTEM, A NEW VOICE TO ELEVATE YOUNG WOMEN & GIRLS IN STEM
While women have made gains in STEM career fields, persistent gaps remain. The U.S. continues to fall short in empowering young women to lead the way, especially those who are marginalized. Until now.
#GirlsLeadSTEM will celebrate the girls who lead their STEM journeys and empower them to raise their voices to inspire each other and share what’s still needed to close gaps in STEM equity.
