We are a group of Asian youths striving to uplift marginalized communities through education, activism, and celebration.

Dear Asian Youth was founded in May of 2020 by Stephanie Hu, a 16-year-old who wished to create a platform to publish her poetry. It evolved into a blog dedicated to the Asian narrative, then a literary magazine, then a full-fledged organization with over 100 members on the national team. Functioning remotely, the organization today is the result of passionate volunteers with a shared purpose.

Engineering Gals is a diverse, inclusive and influential network of engineers. Engineering Gals was founded by Amy Kaur and Maritza Bravo who are professionals in the engineering industry. As the co-founders of Engineering Gals, Amy and Maritza have built a worldwide community of engineers focused on positive and empowering ecosystems for women in engineering. Engineering Gals works globally and publishes high quality video content, conducts mentorship and career events, and communicates the importance of creating positive academic and professional cultures for women in engineering.

Girls Talk Tech is a web series that aims to inspire a new generation of engineers by showcasing amazing women who work in technology. The show features technical tutorials, day-in-the-life videos shadowing multi-faceted engineers, and virtual panels exploring the dilemmas and challenges that women engineers face today.

It is aimed specifically at children and young adults who might be interested in learning more about what it is like to be an engineer but are intimidated by STEM. We hope to bring this content and knowledge in a free and accessible platform.

Grace shared how American entrepreneurs created their companies in her first book, The Last Key To Success, with 21 founders featured on Forbes 30 under 30 in 2016. In 2017, she interviewed 22 investors who were featured on the Forbes Midas List for her second book How To Be A VC (Amazon No.1 New Release in Venture Capital Category) on how they invested in companies like Facebook, Apple, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. She is passionate about learning and sharing knowledges she learned from top founders and investors in Silicon Valley.
